EXPRESS POST on orders over $150 AUD will be delivered at NO EXTRA CHARGE.  Shipping is usually 1-3 business days within Australia (Christmas may be an exception). All orders shipped from Madame Susha headquarters within 2 to 3 days. Once your order is shipped, we send confirmation and tracking to your email. Madame Susha is no longer responsible for goods once shipped. Please check your tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search or check with your local post office if not received within a reasonable amount of time.

Flat Rate Postage of $15 on Orders Under $150 AUD

All orders (including combined) under a total of $150 AUD will be shipped  for a flat rate of $15 AUD. All orders are shipped from Madame Susha headquarters within 2 to 3 days. We will send confirmation and tracking number to your email when your order is sent. Madame Susha is no longer responsible for goods once shipped. Please check your tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search or contact your local post office if not received within a reasonable amount of time.

International Shipping

Free International Shipping on all Orders Over $300 AUD

All orders over $300 AUD will be shipped by Australia Post at NO CHARGE. All shipping occurs from Madame Susha headquarters within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3-12 business days (longer to some countries and pre-Christmas, etc) Please note: all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Madame Susha will declare full dollar value on customs forms.

$28 International Flat Rate Shipping Under $300 AUD

All orders under $300 AUD will be shipped by Australia Post for a flat rate fee of $28 AUD. All shipping occurs from Madame Susha headquarters within 2 to 3 business days.
